You are prohibited from distributing or selling Perfect Glow Sunless spray tan solution online or to another salon. You can sell the self tanners at any price point in your salon or advertise on you pages how you want.
If you list/sell our products on an ecommerce store/website or online sales platform you can not sell it for less than our MSRP. (This includes Amazon, Ebay, Poshmark, Offerup, Marketplace and ANY other online sales platforms)
Spray tan solution is strictly prohibited for resale on any ecommerce platform.
If anyone is found in violation their wholesale account will be deactivated and legal action pursued,
