We cannot guarantee results on spray tan solution or self-tanning products as there are many factors beyond our control that will affect the outcome such as application method, level of application skill, amount of product applied, skin conditions, hormonal or medication issues, amount of time before showering, body care products that can affect the tan etc. So please double check your cart before completing your order. If you make an error and need it fixed, we can possibly accommodate as long as it is before the order has been processed.
If solution is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and must include a picture of the damaged packaging. Item will be exchanged for the same product. You cannot exchange damaged solution or aftercare for a different product. Items damaged in transit require a picture of the damage sent to Perfect Glow Sunless within 24 hours of receiving shipment for investigation and consideration for refund.
If you are unsure about a product it is highly recommended that you order a sample before placing a full-size order.
All spray tan equipment have a 7 day return window from the date that you receive it. Item must be in original condition & all parts included in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping fee for the return and there will be no refunds in shipping fees to and from. There is also a 25% restocking fees on all returns, We do not accept returns on equipment after that time regardless of chance of mind or machine defects or broken parts fall under your Warranty coverage begins from your registration with the manufacturer. It is the buyer's responsibility to register their product. If it is an international order no customs or sales fees will be refunded to the buyer.
If equipment was part of a spray tan starter kit the solution and aftercare items are nonrefundable.
If you purchase from a distributor you must adhere to their company policy. We do not issue refunds or credits on any products purchased outside of Perfect Glow Sunless or through a 3rd party and not responsible for any defects on those transactions.
