I use Melissa as my airbrush tanner and purchased this self tanner for when I can’t get into the studio. This is the best self tanner I have EVER used ! Same beautiful color as the professional tans I get. I like the fact I can rinse off quick And there is never any orange color. I love that If I want a light glow or a dark tan I can use this product for both results ! It’s all based on how long you leave it on before showering. She is an expert in her field and this product does not disappoint ! Better than anything I have purchased from Sephora or the top cosmetic companies.

Lemme tell you about this BOMB ASS sunless tan I did last night! I have never used a tanner before, I left the rapid mousse on for 1 hour and rinsed off to wake up the next morning 3-4 shades darker! I don’t usually shout out products but @mwtanningbeauty has THE best self tanning application products. So in love with the results.

I was always skeptical about self tan products, because every time I have used one it either made me streaky or orange. I tried the Melissa Weinberg rapid mousse and instantly fell in love. It’s affordable, goes on SO easy/even and I was so bronze. I use it for everything , Photo shoots, events and my daily life. I highly recommend the rapid self tanning mousse!

I saw the mousse read some reviews, & quickly decided to buy. I’m SO glad I did! I’ve experimented with the duration I leave it on, and I think 3 hours is my sweet spot. I usually apply it the afternoon before or the morning of the occasion I’m using it for, but I think I will start using it regularly until I get some real sun. It’s easy to apply with the mitt, and rinsing it off means less odor, lower chance of streaming or uneven patches, (and no staining your sheets). I was afraid of not being able to moisturize before or after applying (like with most self-tanners), but the formula includes coconut oil & other moisturizing ingredients that leave my skin happy, even after rinsing! Also, I’m really happy with the resulting color…it’s so natural. A girl at work (who is used to me having pale skin) looked at me when I walked in and said, “you look so nice and tan! Where did you go?” This was two days after applying! Thanks so much, Melissa.

Directions:
This is my recommended time frame to leave on before rinsing:
1 hour- light 2 hours- medium 3 hours- medium/dark)4 hours- dark
This self tanner is not recommended to be left on for over 4 hours.
If you are very fair client that can not achieve a tan in the sun or are not sure how long to leave it on it is recommended that you start at 1 hour and gradually increase it next time.
You can not get wet or sweat until your rinse as that can adversely affect the tan development. The rinse should be with water only no soap. Refrain from using any oils, perfume or lotion on your skin until the next day as the tan will continue to develop over the next 24 hours.
**Please note** When you rinse off you might not have much initial color. It might even look like you washed the tan away. That is normal as the color will still take 8-10 hours to develop.
